Lee & Associates Arranges $7.75 Million Sale of Ontario Industrial Building

ONTARIO, Calif., Oct. 5, 2026: Lee & Associates – Ontario today announced the $7.75 million sale of 2319 E. Locust Court, a 37,146-square-foot industrial building in Ontario, California. The transaction closed Sept. 30, 2026, at approximately $209 per square foot.

Kyle Vizzo, Broker Associate with Lee & Associates – Ontario, represented both the seller, a private party, and the buyer, a private investor, in the transaction.

The buyer acquired the property in an all-cash transaction. A new seven-year lease with the building's existing tenant was in place at closing.

"This property required a buyer with a clear view of its long-term value," Vizzo said. "We marketed it to the full investor market and identified a well-capitalized buyer through our network who was prepared to close on an all-cash basis."

The property is located in Ontario, one of the most active industrial markets in the Inland Empire West, with access to Interstate 10, Interstate 15, State Route 60 and Ontario International Airport.
