Kyle Vizzo is an Industrial Real Estate Advisor at Lee & Associates Ontario, one of Southern California’s most respected commercial real estate offices and part of the largest broker-owned firm in North America. Specializing exclusively in industrial warehouse properties across the Inland Empire, Kyle provides seller representation, landlord agency, buyer representation, and tenant advisory services with a data-driven, relationship-first approach.
Background
I was born and raised in Southern California. I’ve watched this market grow from the ground up, the warehouses, the freeways, the logistics corridors that now move goods for half the country. This isn’t just where I work. It’s home.
I got into commercial real estate right out of college (UC Santa Barbara) and it clicked fast. Not because of the commissions, because of the problem solving. Every owner has a different situation, a different set of goals, a different reason they’re thinking about selling or leasing their building. Getting into those conversations, understanding what’s really driving the decision, and then engineering the right outcome, that’s what I do.
I specialize exclusively in industrial buildings between 5,000 and 100,000 square feet in Ontario, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, Corona, and Fontana. That focus is intentional. I know this segment better than anyone working it. I know the buyers, the tenants, the active investors, and the off-market deals that never hit LoopNet. When you work with me you’re not getting a generalist chasing every deal in every market, you’re getting someone who has spent years building deep knowledge of exactly the asset class and geography you own.
I’m with Lee & Associates Ontario, the #1 Lee & Associates office in the country. We carry the market presence and data infrastructure of a national platform, without the institutional bureaucracy that gets in the way at larger firms. When you call me, you get me. Not a coordinator, not a junior associate. Me.
My approach is simple. I ask more questions than I answer. I’d rather spend 20 minutes understanding your situation than 20 minutes pitching mine. Owners who have worked with me will tell you the same thing: I show up with their best interest at heart, every time.
If you own industrial real estate in the Inland Empire, I’d like to earn your trust. Start with a free building valuation. No obligation, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about what your asset is worth in today’s market.
